Ryder Hesjedal - Giro d'italia Champion!

Ryder Hesjedal is a retired Canadian professional racing cyclist who last rode for UCI ProTeam Trek–Segafredo.[2] He is a former mountain biker, and won a silver medal at the 2001 Under-23 world championship. He turned professional with Discovery Channel in 2005 after several years with the Rabobankcontinental team. Having previously finished in fifth place at the 2010 Tour de France, Hesjedal won his first and only Grand Tour at the 2012 Giro d'Italia, the first Grand Tour win by a Canadian.

Darren Berrecloth

Darren Berrecloth, nicknamed "The Claw", is a professional freeride mountain bike rider. Born in Parksville, British Columbia, Canadian Darren Berrecloth is famous not only for his success in competitions, but also as a one of the pioneers to the sport of freeride. Barrecloth had bravery, determination and dedication to the sport of freeride and helped path the way for freeride. He exploded onto the freeride scene with a third-placed finish at the 2002 Red Bull Rampage, and has been one of the leading riders in the world ever since.

  • Started out racing BMX when he was 11. Did that until he was about 15, then his older brother dragged me out to a mountain bike race. He did a bunch of cross country and downhill racing for some years, then moved more into the freeride stuff.
  • Career Honors, Awards, and Highlights: 3 time national DH team member 2nd place pro men, hammerfest DH 2012 Best trick winner, John Henry Jump Jam 2012 Best trick winner, Crankworx 2012.

Geoff Gulevich

Geoff Gulevich has firmly established himself as one of the most photographed and filmed freeriders in the sport. The North Vancouver BC native is busy with slopestyle and freeride competitions as well as photo and movie shoots all over the globe. With 5th-place finishes at both the Red Bull Rampage and Crankworx Whistler—the two biggest contests in freeride mountain biking—, Gulevich has established himself as one of best freeriders in the world.
